I strongly believe that therapy is a temporary chapter. As a therapist, I attempt to search for ways to assist / guide / coach people towards healthier and more authentic lives. I have extensive training and experience (10yrs) in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and provide DBT adherent treatment. I also have extensive training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) which I have found can be a very useful in helping people understand why they do what they do and how to make better choices going forward. I have years of experience working with people who have endured the difficulties of depression, anxiety, and many types of personality disorders. My main aim is to help people deal with whatever they are struggling with so that they can go on to live happy and productive lives.
