I have worked as an individual and group youth counselor on issues such as self-esteem. anger management, substance abuse, goal setting and relationship guidance. I have also raised an adolescent of my own. It can be taxing in the best of circumstances. Being able to understand and assist the youth's family is an essential aspect to maintaining a youth's progress. Parents find me to be compassionate and effective.
