I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have 14 years of experience in the child development and welfare system, 9 years as a In-Home Family Therapist working closely with families on problematic issues and trauma in order to improve overall quality of life. In addition to being a Therapist, I am a wife, Soldier and a mother of four children ranging from College to Elementary School. I utilizes treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. My passion is to encourage hope and change by providing a safe and healing environment. I rely on compassion and rapport building to fully understand the journey and varying needs. I am a member of the Army National Guard. This Military dedication has sparked a passion for me to provide Military support groups and therapeutic services for Veterans and their families.
