If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger issues or struggling with parenting issues, I offer a non-judgmental, supportive approach utilizing mindfulness-based CBT. I like this treatment approach as it allows the client to a lot of freedom to simultaneously learn new skills while we are collaborating and naturally problem solving together. I work with adolescents as well, they tend to respond well to me. I have some groups available for teens with self-esteem issues; and adults with anger management issues. I have several hours of specialized training in cognitive-behavioral based treatments including dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma-based CBT. Collaborative, compassionate care is my focus. I consider myself unique in that I will draw from many different sources to find what works with each individual.
