Parents, are you worried about your child's emotional health? Is your child having trouble expressing feelings, struggling with peer issues, having discipline problems, or does he or she appear depressed, anxious or withdrawn? Are you concerned about your teen's risk-taking behaviors such as unhealthy sexual choices, sneaking out, or lying? Has your child experienced a trauma such as loss of a loved one, or sexual, physical, or emotional abuse? I'm here to help. My mission is to provide you and/or your child with a safe environment where these problems and more can be explored and resolved. I am comfortable and experienced working with clients of any age with a variety of issues, but my primary focus is children and teens. I am also a Certified Trauma Specialist, with many years of experience working with trauma victims (including abuse, neglect, grief, traumatic accidents, witness to crimes) I offer afternoon and evening appointments to accomodate school and work schedules. I will meet with clients more than once per week, if needed.
