I am passionate about creating space for my clients to engage in a transformational journey, connect with their inner world, and discover their own ability to heal and express themselves authentically. Everyone has a creative spark inside, just waiting to be realized and ignited so that they are able to heal, grow, awaken, and create the life that they have always imagined. My goal is to support my clients as they work toward a life that is more balanced, inspired, vibrant, and connected. My approach to counseling is very holistic, transpersonal, and integrative. I incorporate extensive training in creative arts therapy, energy psychology, and many other methods of self-expression into my work with clients so that together we can discover the method of expression that feels most comfortable.
