ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. My mantra is simple, "Look at the past, work on the present and begin to move toward a new future." Your first step is to realize a problem exists, to then reach out and ask for help. I specialize in helping you to become your better self and to attain your fullest potential. We achieve this by working together at being genuine, authentic and honest in our relationship. Although I am qualified in various treatment modalities, I use what's most effective in helping you to achieve your ideal self and the goal(s) you set for yourself. I practice integrating and weaving the mind, body, and spirit in the work that I do. It is imperative for one to weave all three for a peaceful mind and soul. Currently I work in the drug and alcohol addiction field and am an adjunct professor teaching addiction and graduate level counseling classes. My specialties include: treating emotional and psychological issues related to trauma, domestic violence, abuse and addiction. My work also includes the education of students around mental health theories/issues, supervision, and being a leader in counseling organizations. I look forward to working with you.
