InnerElements is about working together to meet your goals, bring balance back into your life, and help you to harness your own abilities in the healing process. My work with you will provide self-exploration, self-understanding, and an avenue of balance and tools to put you back in control. My integrative approach is geared towards healing and transformation by combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with other psychotherapies customized to fit your needs. I specializing in addressing the following concerns with children, adolescents, adults, and parents: trauma recovery (PTSD), managing depression and/or anxiety, behavior management, family conflict management and relationship building, self harming thoughts and behaviors, school issues, stress management, and self esteeem. Individual and/or family sessions are available. The therapeutic relationship benefits most from feeling comfortable with your counselor and building trust in that relationship.
