Being a Solution-Focused therapist, I can help you set goals and find direction. Whether you need clarity with individual issues or are dealing with marital or family concerns, together we can develop a path to recovery. I have counseled individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. I have extensive experience with clients suffering from trauma and abuse. I am also a trained sex therapist. I use various treatment modalities to help facilitate healing. I use tools, such as the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT), to help alleviate emotional pain.
