I believe in the importance of self-expression and the fundamental need we all have to connect and be heard. I provide my clients with a non-judgmental and safe environment where they can evaluate their views and explore alternative perspectives that can increase self-esteem and lead to more effective interpersonal behavior. I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. I offer individual as well as group therapy sessions, using play therapy for children and teens, as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness technique for all ages. Additionally, I am trained in career and educational counseling and have expertise in working with children and teens with ADHD and behavioral challenges.
