I do problem solving; figuring out with you what is the nature of the problem which brings you to me and what can we do about it. Mostly I treat anxiety and depression. Mostly, too, I use cognitive and behavioral therapies, sometimes EMDR, and sometimes whatever is needed. I treat you the way I want to be treated. If you want someone fully plugged into the internet, that's not me. I have been a psychologist for 30 years, in practice for 23 and teach psychotherapy.
