I work with families, couples, individuals, children, and teens. I particularly work well with depressed clients, marriages in trouble, grief, forgiveness issues, trauma issues, and anxiety. I also offer a self written program for premarital couples. It is an honor to work as a counselor and a wonderful privilege to come alongside people in their journey who need support but practical help in feeling better. My heart is to join people on their journeys, while providing authentic help and hope along the way. I am a Van Buren native and I graduated in 2010 from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development, Family Sciences, and Rural Sociology. In 2012, I obtained a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with a community counseling concentration from John Brown University.
