If you want to work on making changes in your life in a non-judgmental atmosphere, I would like to be part of your process. Life is complex and confusing. I have experience providing emotional support, as well as education about the way the brain works that I can share with you. If you have been living with the feeling that there is something wrong with you, or that your life doesn't work, I can help you deconstruct those feelings. I will empower you to get more of what you want and less of what you don't. I specialize in working with kids, teenagers, adults and their families. I help people study obstacles in their history that lead to challenges in their daily lives. As you receive support to study those repeating patterns, you will more easily make changes that will increase your well-being. As an artist and certified alcohol and drug counselor, I will help you study coping mechanisms that are no longer working for you with a fresh eye. You will make the behavioral changes you want, at your own pace, without judgment and with support to learn new skills.
