There are times in life's journey when we get derailed. Things no longer make sense in the same way as they did at an earlier time. These times require us to regroup to find a new way. In my practice I listen deeply to help you to find your way back to a life of meaning. Looking at what has driven your actions in the past helps you understand where you find yourself today. Using that knowledge, along with a renewed sense of what really matters, helps you to again reorient toward a life of wholeness and even joy. Along the way, dreams can be used to help access the deeper sources of conflicts you are experiencing in the present. Identifying and dialoging with various parts of yourself can also help us understand the forces that drive you which are often below the surface and out of your conscious awareness. The primary model I use is the Analytical Depth Psychology of Carl Jung. Internal Family Systems and Parts Work are also used. Coming to identify, own, develop relationship with, and make peace with all parts of our selves is the ultimate goal, which leads to psychological health and wholeness.
