I work with the "Wounded Well". My goal is to help you achieve a more effective and satisfying personal and emotional life. The majority of my work has been with individuals and/or families who are experiencing one of life's many transitions. This might include divorce, loss of job, end-of -life issues, moving, or a child leaving home for school...circumstances which can produce situational anxiety and/or depression. Life is always changing and transitioning. I will work in collaboration with you to help you discover new ways of being. You will set goals for yourself and we will work together to develop strategies. Our work together will be like getting a massage for the spirit and the soul. In Connecticut I am licensed to diagnose and to treat mental health disorders. In Maine, under its licensing laws, I am unable to treat mental health d/o or to diagnose.
