I am passionate about helping my clients sculpt lives that they value and enjoy. If you are interested in pursuing holistic, strength-focused therapy, our work together will be a laboratory for healing and personal growth. I rely on training in approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts and play, and mindfulness. In my practice, I begin with an in-depth diagnostic evaluation. Drawing on my background in crisis work, I also evaluate for risk factors and refer for acute support if needed. I often consider insights gained through healing arts including yoga and reiki in my work. I help clients focus on the abundance in their lives, an approach that naturally helps to balance areas of perceived "deficit." I will meet you where you are and provide a supportive environment for growth. It's my goal that our work together will enrich your life. While we may work at processing trauma, there will also be moments of joyful exploration and fun. I am receptive to feedback, take an individualized approach, and am particularly sensitive to issues of marginalization and oppression.
