I routinely provide diagnostic evaluations to assess and treat a wide variety of mental health conditions. I am particularly interested in helping clients with personal growth, as well as professional development, and relationship issues. I also have extensive experience helping clients recover from depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, co-dependency, and grief and loss. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I utilize a contemporary approach that integrates interpersonal, psychodynamic and cognitive therapy to help clients gain self awareness, insight and improved self concept. My approach focuses on helping my clients realize healthy satisfying relationships and experience personal/professional creativity and productivity. When clinically appropriate I can refer to your own physician or to our own clinic psychiatric medical providers for medication management. I also have clinical privileges at a private psychiatric facility that offers a full continuum of care that includes chemical dependency, partial and inpatient hospitalization treatment.
