I'm trained in EMDR, a highly effective proven approach for PTSD recovery as well as many other issues including trauma, addictions, anxiety/panic, chronic pain, and depression. My background includes treating domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Educational support groups are offered at an affordable cost. I'll assist to uncover unhealthy patterns in your life, helping you develop a deeper awareness of who you are, and then work with you to create a meaningful life that brings you peace.
