The focus of my therapeutic perspective is to encourage clients to embrace their strengths and dreams, have compassion for, and understanding of how they were hurt and to re-envision and re-create their lives to reflect their personal ambitions. I have extensive diversity training which has taught me about the complex reactions and responses we have to feeling isolated from the mainstream. The concerns I assist clients with include life transitions, trauma, anxiety and depression, loss, self confidence and anger management.
