I believe that change requires a willingness to understand oneself, a commitment to be mindful of therapy work (and homework) between sessions and an acceptance that you are the primary force in changing your problem. My approach to anxiety treatment begins with an evaluation of your symptoms, your personal history and current life situation. You are provided with an explanation about the cause of anxiety. A variety of therapeutic strategies will be implemented. You will leave sessions with practical tools to deal with anxiety.
