I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Therapy is what I love to do. I'm very passionate about my work as a therapist in helping individuals, couples, and families work through their life stressors. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. I utilize humor and playfulness in my approach to soften the blows of traumatic events In creating balance. Specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Mobile. Functional Family Training through the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Training in Thinking For a Change- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Extensive work in addressing anxiety & panic disorders. I have a strong faith and relationship with God. My move from Los Angeles, California to Alabama was an answer to prayer. I've worked through my own life challenges and am very motivated in helping others work through their own.
