Life can be complicated. The challenges we experience often cause us to feel overwhelmed. This is normal. However, there are times in life when you feel extra support could be helpful. Counseling can be an effective step in learning new ways to deal with life's challenges. Are you experiencing emotions and/or behaviors that are impacting your daily life or affecting your relationships with others? I can help you work through these challenges and I am available to listen, support and collaborate with you in developing a plan to move forward. I provide services to adults, families and couples. Some issues may include: divorce, grief, infidelity, transition to parenthood, childhood/adult trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, LGBT and relationship conflict I have a passion for working with premarital couples and I am responsible for conducting the premarital program at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis. My clinical efforts are driven by a genuine interest in helping you to feel and function better. I am part of the Northside Mental Health practice team which is located in the Broad Ripple area.
