Through deep listening and accepting compassion, I help clients discover wisdom from within, facilitating healing and creating balance, union, and peace in their lives. I offer a safe container in which it is comforting for children, teens, and adults to open and share that which wants to be heard, understood, and healed. I find it powerful to incorporate guided imagery, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, attachment-based therapy, art therapy, and creation of supportive rituals. During private sessions, I guide clients in building tools and resources to address what is happening in their present lives. My main focus is on the relationship that we have with our body, mind, spirit, and with other beings. It is my belief that we are meant to love and be loved. How we attach to others and how we connect with our bodies says a lot about how we are living our lives. The great news is that having new and positive experiences can change our lives. I work at Spring Integrative Health. It is a holistic medical clinic where we collaborate with diverse practitioners to best serve our clients' needs for those clients who choose the integrative healing track.
