Everyone has difficulties some time in their life. It may be relationships, job stress, procrastination, anxiety, mood swings... I am a double boarded psychiatrist who specializes in therapy with or without medication. I am empathic and nonjudgemental. You and I will become partners in understanding which of these issues are uniquely yours, and how you have been dealing with them. We all use tools which may have worked with past problems but in fact may be working against us now. We can replace these with successful ways of dealing with life! I am skilled in therapy: psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, behavioral, interpersonal, etc. I find that medication can be useful in treating symptoms during the therapeutic process. I am an "out-of-network" physician and practice "fee-for-service" only to preserve physician autonomy and provide the most personalized service to patients.
