I see patients dealing with everyday life issues. We all struggle with things like stress, anxiety, time management, aging parents, self-esteem, and depression. These are normal, but need attention so we don't get stuck. I also work with couples experiencing marital or parenting difficulties--the importance of communicating effectively, compromising, problem solving, and parenting with a united front. One important goal of therapy is feeling good about the person you see in the mirror.
