Welcome. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I have been practicing therapy for ten years. I conduct individual, family and couples therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify, clarify and work toward their goals as well as tailor their therapy to their individual needs. I utilize the following evidenced-based practices: Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing and Solution- Focused Therapies. As an MFT, I also utilize relational therapies to preserve and improve the quality of interpersonal relationships. In addition, I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents and their families in a variety of settings (school, residential, outpatient, juvenile justice system).
