I love partnering with those who want more in life....more joy, sense of fulfillment and impact, freedom, rich relationships, and a closer walk with God. Issues such as low self esteem, anger, depression, anxiety, grief, relational conflict, and parenting struggles are frequently addressed. Trauma, sexual abuse, relational woundings are identified and resolution of their impact can be lessened. I have over 30 years experience in working with with children, teens, adults, couples, families, and the elderly. Group Therapy is another option available to those who want to understand their "story" and how it impacts their lives today. I work with individuals and couples--helping them to understand how their beliefs impact the way they cope with life's challenges, interactions with others and affect how they feel. We learn to draw upon God's truths about who they which brings healing and a renewed sense of worth. I have specialized training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual, physical or emotional abuse. I also have extensive experience working not only with adults, but children/teens. Directive play therapy, Theraplay activities, and sand trays are often used with this population.
