I offer art therapy for youth and adults with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, issues related to medical diagnosis, life transitions, and grief. I specialize in diabulimia, diabetes distress, companion animal loss, LGBTQ issues, women's issues, and burnout related to social justice activism. I can also help people who have struggled to make progress with conventional talk therapy. The services I provide are culturally-sensitive, vegan-friendly, and compassionate towards all. Art therapy can help you express feelings that are difficult to articulate, build confidence, increase insight, make meaning, and feel empowered. Together, we will explore the issues that bring you to therapy through dialogue and art-making, enhanced by other means of creative expression in a supportive, collaborative process. As our relationship evolves, the shared creative process will become a vehicle for healing and transformation. I have been practicing for 15 years, helping clients from different backgrounds address a range of issues. Previous clients have expressed that they most valued my authenticity, sense of humor, honesty, patience, availability, and creative spirit. I love what I do, and I am dedicated to individualized treatment for all.
