I help individuals and couples achieve a more peaceful, and satisfying life by healing obstacles that get in the way. Whether grief over a loss, communication problems, loneliness, conflicts on the job, depression, anxiety, you name it, there is help for you. People report feeling heard and understood by me. I am a trauma specialist. Along with trauma treatment I have treated many people recovering from depression and anxiety. I also have helped other ordinary people resolve everyday conflicts and find their way back when they have wandered from their path. Besides talk therapy, I also use a technique well known for resolving the painfully intense feelings that often accompany emotionally traumatic experiences.
