I believe that trusting and connecting well with your therapist is one of the most important factors in therapy. Due to this, I offer a free 30 minute consultation to decide if I am the right fit for you.I practice therapy with compassion, humor, and zero judgement. I am a solution focused therapist that believes in empowering clients to utilize their own strengths and resources. When you come to therapy we will work together to quickly develop a "plan" so you can feel better faster. I have extensive experience and am particularly passionate about working with the following: unwanted or traumatic sexual experiences, sexual dysfunction, infidelity, trans health concerns, divorce/blended families, depression, anxiety, and more. I also work with couples looking for more sexual enjoyment/fulfillment. I offer several therapeutic support groups and continue to add more to my practice. I believe that gaining support and insight from others with similar experiences can be a valuable tool in the healing and empowerment process.
