I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over 15 years therapeutic experience. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families; using clients' strengths, resources, and resilience. I believe that life is a system of interconnected relationships. At times relationships encounter challenges that affect the individual's personal, emotional, and spiritual growth; school/work performances, family and significant others. Even though, individuals desire to renew their relationships, sometimes they get stuck in cycles that create more difficulties. I have successfully helped hundreds of individuals in the Caribbean and the US to resolve and enhance their relationships and achieve their life goals. I am committed to diversity and passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults to renew wellness in their mental and emotional lives; school, and work performances; spirituality; and relationships. I received my doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a master's degree is in Counseling Psychology. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where we can discover solutions that will foster renewed hopes, dreams, values, and quality of life for you and your relationships.
