Have you reached that place in life where you are tired of feeling overwhelmed,anxious or depressed? Are you weary of trying hard in relationships and getting nowhere or of finding yourself in the same old patterns? Are you unable to get over old emotional wounds? I have over 25 years of experience working with adults and couples with an approach which is gentle and supportive.
