Seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship or your child is a courageous act that can create positive changes in your life. Some people go into therapy during times of crisis, others wish to improve some aspect of their lives or thoughts for the better. I offer clinical services to individuals and couples experiencing relationship or sexual difficulties. Life transitions such as childbirth, divorce, illness, or trauma often lead to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or difficulties with sexual functioning. I provide a safe and supportive environment to understand the source of these problems and to work together to find solutions. As a former school counselor, I have several years experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents. As a Marriage and Family Therapist with post graduate training in the University of Michigan's Sexual Health Program, I have developed competence in sex therapy and sex education. My practice is open and welcoming to people of all ages, sexual orientations and gender identities.
