The therapeutic relationship is a key element in the healing process, and I can develop such a partnership with you to help you change. In addition, I believe healing happens when emotional release can occur in a safe environment and when limiting thoughts and beliefs are changed. Talk therapy is one aspect of what I do. I also utilize principles of Bioenergetic Analysis, a body-based psychotherapeutic modality focusing on release of body tension where unexpressed emotions are held. This limits our flow of energy and prevents us from moving forward in our life. Releasing emotions restores our energy, creating forward movement.
