I am interactive, relational and have a great respect for those who have the courage to ask for help. Most people contact me when feeling anxiety or depression due to life's challenges. My intent is to help you alleviate emotional distress as you access inner strength, identify options for change and implement a course of action. Though many of my clients are individuals I have a special interest in couple and family work. I see adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds with a variety of life experiences. Depending on the situation and need we may work together in individual, couple, family and/or group therapy. Since I am conversant in Spanish a number of my clients are bilingual or Spanish speaking. In addition to therapeutic services I facilitate retreats for individuals, boards and organizations, lead workshops and provide executive coaching. I also work with those seeking assistance with immigration issues principally with the Hispanic community.
