At one time or another all of us face something in our life holding us back from what we want to accomplish.Situations of anxiety, depression, divorce,unwanted emotions and behaviors can be overwhelming. Although, if your fed up with what you have been dealing with then it is time to find an alternative route.Together, we will create the freedom to unleash the problem and explore working avenues towards personal growth and emotional healing. I practice using techniques in psychotherapy that are successful in treating people with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. We will talk together in a warm, nurturing and at times challenging environment to increase overall life satisfaction with treatment that is tailored to your needs I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples. I treat mental disorders as well as work with people who would like a safe place to talk things out. I am honored to provide counseling services with you and/or your family.
