Better Days Solutions offers "A Solution to Better Days" as a psychotherapist providing therapy in the field of counseling for several years. I truly believe in supporting individuals, couples and families in a therapeutic setting to meet therapeutic needs. I am familiar with numerous types of therapy, that can be used to help overcome problems and offer a sense of well-being and wellness. One of the major goals of therapy is to provide a nonjudgmental environment that allows us, as a team to work together towards a mutually agreed upon set goals. In addition to the best care, I offer support and guidance for an array of disorders, such as Anger, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Substance Abuse, Behaviors, Dementia, Gender, Gambling, Grief, Mood Disorders, and much more. It is common for individuals suffering from a mental illness or behavior problems to feel alone. In addition to individual therapy, I also provide group therapy.
