Are you interested in improving your personal well being or quality of your relationships with your partner, children or family? My clients are couples who are frustrated or disappointed with their relationship, who disagree, who have trouble making decisions, who are unable to communicate, or do not feel loved. I provide a caring and supportive atmosphere that helps clients be who they strive to be and have the quality of relationships they desire. I help clients identify strengths and learn new skills. I utilize communication skills, problem solving, and other strategies to examine and adjust troublesome relationship patterns. I utilize research evidence and work with clients to set goals and choose effective strategies. We practice and fine tune skills until they work. My clients are couples that feel that their relationship is falling apart. My clients are children, adolescents that have trouble getting along with their parents, teachers, or friends. My clients are parents who have trouble getting their children to be responsible, to follow directions, or to just participate in family activities.
