I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. My intention is to work with clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental fashion. I have many years of experience treating children, families, couples and individuals. I have particular experience with assessing and treating behavioral problems in children and adolescents. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Michigan. I make every effort to initiate contact with appropriate supports such as schools, psychiatrists, and other agencies involved with my clients. I am familiar with adult inpatient psychiatric treatment, adult day treatment programs, sensory integration issues with children, foster care and caregiver stress. My treatment approaches include play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, marital therapy and family therapy. The practice is located in a quiet and private setting.
