I am; A healer, a truth finder, a guide, a teacher & a leader in self-care. I am genuine, authentic & my soul work is to help you discover your soul's work & learn to live with REAL Self-Care (TM). I Serve: women who are helping professionals who have co-dependent, toxic relationships with others & most importantly themselves. They may suffer with addiction issues, anxiety, depression among other things. Work with me is: deep, meaningful, self compassionate & soul searching & promotes self-compassion and self-care I offer face to face and/or distance therapy & programs that will guide you in your journey to you. You will discover the important things of life & learn how to live your truth. I use a great deal from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) learning to become aware of & how to change your thought processes & techniques from MB-CBT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) I use and strongly support a holistic approach with varying integrative therapies that focus on integrating body, mind and spirit.
