Program At A Glance The treatment team delivers expert evidence-based treatment for individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, phobias, depression, and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders. We specialize in implementing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other effective treatment techniques for anxiety, phobias and anxiety-related disorders. We offer a highly specialized Residential Support Program for adults with severe OCD and other anxiety-related disorders. Individuals in the Residential Support Program live in an independent living environment and participate in programming seven days per week. The setting fosters an atmosphere for change, while maintaining a safe environment where clients and staff work collaboratively toward treatment goals. The location of the clinic in a homelike environment increases the opportunity to practice exposures in realistic situations and to build confidence in maintaining gains after completing treatment. Our program is unique in that we offer a full continuum of care, including outpatient clinic, intensive outpatient and residential support program. Who We Treat We specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, namely Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobia, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We also specialize in treating Phobias, Depression, OC Spectrum Disorders, such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Health Anxiety/ Hypochondriasis, Olfactory Reference Syndrome, Tic Disorders (Tourette's Disorder), Trichotillomania, and Compulsive Skin Picking.
