I use compassion, collaboration and a non-judgmental approach to assist my clients with overcoming their personal challenges. I am experienced in working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, addiction, PTSD, psychosis, gender dysphoria, grief, relational problems and legal issues. My goal is to empower my clients and assist them in finding the healthful strategies that best suit their needs and personalities. I provide an individualized, strength-based perspective to empower my clients and improve their coping skills. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing to assist them in overcoming challenges and attaining their goals. I provide therapeutic support and probation/parole collaboration for those experiencing legal issues. I provide evaluations for transgender clients suffering from gender dysphoria. I meet the WPATH Standards of Care for those who require continued treatment.
