My practice includes helping individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing such issues as relationship/divorce, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, sleep difficulties, and social and interpersonal problems. With a Marriage and Family Therapy background, I have particular experience working with marital difficulties, blended family/communication/divorce issues, and conflict resolution. I focus my treatment on working collaboratively with clients in a safe, trusting environment helping identify goals and a deeper awareness of themselves. I work together with clients finding ways to overcome obstacles and challenges by building on strengths and opportunities to make positive changes in their lives.
