A solo practice that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to address depression, anxiety, stress management, conflict resolution, relationship building, negative thinking, and addictive tendencies. I believe that depression, anxiety and panic disorders arise from long standing patterns of learned negativistic thinking and subsequent behaviors. I use a common sense approach to dealing with life issues.
