I am a Licensed Independent social worker with over 20 years experience in health and mental health. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and anxiety for adolescents and adults, males and females, athletes, individuals and families and groups. I utilize both traditional and mind-body medicine therapies and techniques. I am pleased to now offer Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating and Bariatric Surgery. I also provide health and wellness coaching to assist with developing and maintaining healthy lifestyles using mind-body medicine approaches. Specialized focus on improving relationships with food, body image and movement, lifestyles changes to live well with diabetes.
