I am a U.S. Army veteran who initially started as a liaison between family members and their loved ones during deployment separation, as well as after combat related injuries. I have experience working with adolescents with behavioral and anger issues. I believe in educating clients in an effort to better assist them in playing an active role in their care. I am flexible in scheduling and will work to accommodate your needs as best I can. I specialize with anger management and creating effective coping skills for anger and anxiety. Discovering the underlying problem is often the key to creating change. I am currently able to provide online services to allow better flexibility to clients.
