My expertise is working with teenagers and adults in managing their anger, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, self-harm behavior & suicidal ideation. I help clients address conflict management as well as interpersonal, parenting, and family relationship dynamics. As a Facilitator for the Prepare & Enrich Program, I evaluate couples' relationships, educate and assist them in recognizing their strengths and obstacles within those relationships and healing through them. In addition, working a lifetime in the medical profession has provided me crisis management training and experience through which I have expertise in trauma management and in grief and loss. I utilize a creative counseling style with a holistic approach that encourages my clients' freedom of expression during counseling sessions, is strength based and solution focused, and promotes healing and growth.
