By the time most clients seek therapy they've typically been struggling or suffering for quite some time. This can be due to a number of reasons, but often stems from anxiety in regard to the process, doubts that anything will help, or simply feeling too overwhelmed or "stuck" to initiate the first phone call. My 20 years of experience working with young children, adolescents, and adults has allowed me to develop special skills at forming trusting, therapeutic relationships.
