Life can be diffcult; talking can help. My goal is to help a person, within the context of safety and confidentiality, confront the issues which burden a person. At times this may involve talking about our past. At other times counseling may involve learning new skills and discovering new ways to deal with situations in a way that is healthy. Sometimes the process of counseling involves discomfort and can be challenging. What I provide is a listening ear and a willingness to walk with the client on the journey of life. Counseling is a positive step.
