There are times in life when we need an outside perspective, guidance, and support; times when life feels overwhelming and out of control. Let's face it, life doesn't always go as we plan! I am here to help you sort through these things and provide a judgment free zone where you can explore what solutions work best for you. Taking the first step is often one of the hardest, but know that I am there to support you and be your own personal cheerleader! I see children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of mental health and emotional issues including but not limited to eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorder, communication issues, marital strife, and can also provide a Christian perspective if that is what is wanted. I will be taking new clients in January 2016 with flexibility in scheduling. If, for some reason I am unable to meet your needs, I will refer you to someone who can.
